MORAGA, Calif. - The Pacific beach volleyball team fell at Saint Mary's Monday afternoon, 4-1. Janie Feldsher & Taylor Poncetta picked up the victory for the Tigers, their second-straight as a tandem.
Feldsher & Poncetta, who were paired together for the first time on Saturday against Utah, improved to 2-0 this season with a win at No. 3 over Lindsey Calvin & Mary Hernandez. The Tigers dropped the first set before rallying back for the 14-21, 23-21, 15-7 win.
St. Mary's edged Pacific at No. 4, as Alexsa Parker & Alexis Salmons won in three over Emily Baptista & Alex Holt, 18-21, 21-12, 15-10.
