Stockton, Calif. - The West Coast Conference announced today that Pacific junior defender Christian Aldama has been named to the All-WCC Preseason Team. A total of 11 players were voted on to this preseason team by the conference's eight head coaches. Pacific also received eight votes by the coaches in the WCC Preseason Poll.
"We are pleased for Christian to be selected to preseason All-WCC based on the year he had last year," said head coach Ryan Jorden. "We expect him to continue to grow his on field performances and leadership in our team."
A member of the 2015 All-WCC second team and a WCC All-Academic honoree, Aldama appeared and started in 16 games for the Orange and Black.
