LAS VEGAS, Nev. - A trio of first half goals and stellar defensive play helped the Pacific men's soccer team top UNLV 3-0 on a stormy Friday evening. Anthony Orendain, Camden Riley and Alfredo Alcala all scored for the Tigers, and goalie Curtis Goldsmith added @@ saves in the victory.
The win propels No. 23 Pacific to 5-0 on the year while the loss brings the Rebels to 1-3 overall.
Anthony Orendain gave the Tigers an early 1-0 advantage in the 25th minute as the sophomore ripped a shot from 15 yards out on an assist from Andres Ochoa for his second goal of the season.
