Stockton, Calif. - Pacific's Viktoria Szmodics was named Golden Coast Conference Player of the Week as the No. 12 Tigers head into play at the UC Irvine Invitational this weekend.
The freshman from Gelsesziget, Hungary, scored six goals and added five assists to lead the Tigers to a split last weekend against No. 3 Cal and No. 24 CSU Bakersfield. She posted a career-high five goals against Bakersfield while chipping in a goal and three assists against Cal.
The Tigers will face No. 6 Hawai'i on Saturday at the UC Irvine Invitation with the sprint scheduled for 11:45 am from Corona del Mar High School Pool.
