Both teams are off bye weeks, and both are 3-1 ATS. USC bounced back from a loss 2 games ago with a huge win last time out, and often top teams coming off of a loss bounce back for multiple games, not just one. Coach Chris Petersen has gotten a lot out of Washington's limited roster so far this year, but they lost at home last week, and he probably doesn't have enough to work with to contain USC's explosive offensive weapons on the road.
