LOS ANGELES — For the first time this season, USC cornerback Adoree' Jackson donned a red jersey in practice Tuesday, signifying, at least for the day, that he was primarily an offensive player. And based on the health status of the Trojans’ receivers, it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise if Jackson’s role Saturday at against No. 3 Utah leans more toward the offensive side.
“We have to. We’re dropping numbers pretty fast,” quarterback Cody Kessler said. “So we got to move guys around and put Adoree’ on offense and kind of fill in at that spot and hopefully Steven Mitchell can get healthy and get back out there.
