LOS ANGELES – Arizona State receiver Devin Lucien, who used the graduate transfer rule to leave UCLA in the offseason, isn’t a certainty to play in Saturday’s return to the Rose Bowl, but even if he’s out it won’t necessarily prevent him from making an impact on the game.
