Spring has hit in California, and that means that a major offensive reloading effort is in full swing. The Golden Bears are looking to replace quarterback Jared Goff, owner of dozens of program records. Beyond that, Cal has lost its top six receivers from a year ago, so the passing game will look entirely different under new offensive coordinator Jake Spavital in 2016.
