The Pac-12 season has already seen three true freshmen start at quarterback -- UCLA’s Josh Rosen, Washington’s Jake Browning and Oregon State’s Seth Collins. With just a month to go in the regular season the Pac-12 Blog decided to check in on each of the freshmen this week with scouting reports from one of their teammates, an opposing coach and an outlook on their future.
Oregon State is a different bird in this equation. Collins, the true freshman, suffered a knee injury and didn’t travel last weekend for the Utah game. He was replaced by redshirt freshman Nick Mitchell in the Beavers’ line up.
