1. Oregon (#3 last week) - And the Ducks are back on top in the North. They may not win finish atop the official standings, but fans believe that they are the best team in the division right now.
2. Washington State (#2 last week) - The Cougars have a gripe about getting passed up by the Ducks who they beat, but they also lost to Stanford and I think most fans think they wouldn't beat Oregon now.
3. Stanford (#1 last week) - The North was right there for the Cardinal and they (literally) fumbled it away.
