The Stanford Cardinal send another offensive lineman to the NFL. Josh Garnett joins David DeCastro, Matt Masofilo and Andrus Peat in the pros after getting selected 28th by the Kansas City Chiefs. Garnett is a bruiser and was part of one of the most dominant offensive lines in college football the last few seasons. If he can translate what he did in college to the pros, Garnett could figure to be one heck of an offensive linemen who can blow open holes for his running backs for years to come.
Garnett earned numerous All-American honors his senior season, earning the Morris Trophy as the most outstanding offensive lineman in the Pac-12, and also captured the Outland Trophy as the best interior lineman in all of college football.
