The Pac-12 season has already seen three true freshmen start at quarterback -- UCLA's Josh Rosen, Washington's Jake Browning and Oregon State's Seth Collins. With just a month to go in the regular season the Pac-12 Blog decided to check in on each of the freshmen with scouting reports from one of their teammates, an opposing coach and an outlook on their future.
