EUGENE, Ore. -- Two years ago, former Oregon offensive lineman Jake Fisher brought offensive guard Cam Hunt along to a yoga session in downtown Eugene. Fisher didn’t give Hunt a heads-up that it was Bikram yoga, which is a 90-minute session in a studio heated to 104 degrees Fahrenheit with 40 percent humidity, and that it might be one of the more physically and mentally grueling exercises he had ever done.
Hunt walked out of the session with a newfound interest in how every part of his body is interconnected -- a pillar of the Bikram study.
