The 2015 season officially is over for the Pac-12. We kick off our season review by handing out some team-by-team grades.
Offense: At first blush, you’d think the Wildcats were very good offensively. They finished fourth in the league with a 37.4 scoring average, half a point per game away from being No. 2 behind Oregon. But in their nonconference games, the Wildcats scored 42, 44 and 77 points respectively (plus 45 in their bowl game). Looking at just Pac-12 games, the number drops by almost a touchdown to 30.8. There are several explanations for this, including tougher competition, injuries stacking up and the fact that the Wildcats never got a true bye week.
