I had planned on running the following section as part of an extensive piece to kick off the 2015-16 season, but after going down the rabbit hole and realizing how large that piece will be in length, I figured it could serve as something to satiate this site’s readership considering I haven’t written much of anything lately.

With a combined 13 seasons, 2,072 regular season games and 207 playoff games between them, Chris Neil and Chris Phillips will enter what will likely be their last NHL training camp with the only franchise they have known.
