LONDON, Ont. -- Matt O'Connor didn't look nervous Sunday night.
The Senators goalie admitted to being jittery in his debut against the Toronto Maple Leafs on Friday when he took over in the second half. He made the start against the Montreal Canadiens and was solid in the win.
"I really felt a lot more comfortable out there," said O'Connor, who made 46 stops for the win. "I thought the 'D' did a great job. I've really been working with (goaltending coach) Rick Wamsley since Friday's game, we had a great session Saturday morning, and I think I just carried what I learned into (Sunday's) game.
