Sens forward Curtis Lazar turns to old highlight reels for help

GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Even in his sick bed, Curtis Lazar spent Thursday trying to figure out a cure for the only real ailment in his game.

He studied video of himself from back when he used to be able to score.

Lazar, the Senators' Jack of all trades, has just two goals in this, his second NHL campaign. The first was an empty-netter against Buffalo in the season opener, while the other was on a power play eight games ago in Nashville.

Everything else he does on the ice, he does well. So much so that coach Dave Cameron has felt comfortable enough to play him at every position and on every line.
