MONTREAL - While some players may start to think twice before delivering a hit because of the inconsistencies on rulings by the league, Mark Borowiecki won't be one of them.
To the Senators defenceman, there really is no grey area.
"It's either, if a guy is in a vulnerable position that I might injure him, I'm not going to hit him, or (he's not and) I'm going to hit him," Borowiecki said Tuesday morning at Bell Centre. "And I feel most guys would probably agree with that."
Before squaring off against the Habs, Borowiecki was second in the NHL with 47 hits, a dozen less than league-leader Matt Martin of the New York Islanders.
