TAMPA — The Senators may have gone overseas to get help for their forward ranks.
According to reports out of Switzerland, the Senators have signed forward Chris DiDomenico to a one-way contract for the rest of the season. Though the deal hasn’t been an announced, he would likely have to be placed on waivers by Tuesday at noon to clear in time to eligible for the playoffs.
The Senators have yet to confirm the signing.
DiDomenico, 28, who was with the Launger Tigers in the Swiss league, also has a two-way deal in place for next season.
