Dave Cameron used his coach's challenge Saturday night behind closed doors in the Senators' dressing room.
And, he told the club's leadership group to review its own efforts.
While the Senators' coach refused to get into specifics or wouldn't name names about his post-game talk with the players after a disgraceful 5-3 loss to the Detroit Red Wings Saturday night at home, there's no question among those he wants more from -- and fast -- is captain Erik Karlsson.
At times, during his post-game press conference, Cameron sounded like a man at a loss for words and instructed reporters to go ask the club's top players what's wrong because he'd like to hear the answers himself since he and his staff aren't seeing the right effort on the ice.
