Give the Ottawa Senators veteran centre credit. He may have suited up for all 82 games during the regular season, but he’s a true professional and even though the club may be facing many of his former teammates with the Boston Bruins in this series, Kelly isn’t about to rock the boat or complain that he was a healthy scratch for Game 1.
Yes, he took part in the regular line rushes Friday at the Bell Sensplex but that doesn’t mean he’s going to play in Game 2 Saturday at the Canadian Tire Centre.
