The Hamburglar continues to nab the spotlight.
Senators' goalie Andrew Hammond may have a new contract and some hardware coming his way because he can plan for a trip to Las Vegas in June after he was named one of three finalists for the Masterton Trophy Thursday night.
The other finalists are Minnesota goaltender Devan Dubnyk and Pittsburgh defenceman Kris Letang. Hammond was thrilled to get the news.
"It's an incredible honour to be selected as a finalist," said Hammond Thursday. "It's great that my story has reached so many people, my hope is that my story will reach another young athlete that has thought about giving up.
