First, the good news, Erik Karlsson is ready to go for the Ottawa Senators.
But Guy Boucher isn’t sitting still after back-to-back losses at Madison Square Garden.
The Senators’ coach told reporters Saturday afternoon that defenceman Ben Harpur will be a healthy scratch with Fredrik Claesson taking a spot on the roster for Game 5 of the series against the New York Rangers and Boucher’s considering the possibility of making a change up front. There's a belief that winger Chris Neil will play.
Karlsson, though, who didn’t play in the third period of the club’s 4-1 loss in New York Thursday, is fine to play.
