Home, sour home.
As the Senators prepare to continue their homestand against the Columbus Blue Jackets Thursday at the Canadian Tire Centre, coach Dave Cameron sounded like a man pleading with his team to get their heads out of their butts and start playing with more emotion.
While the Senators came back and got a point in a 4-3 OT loss to the Detroit Red Wings Monday, Cameron wasn't pleased with the way his club played for 60 minutes and he tried to deliver a walk-up call of his own with his post-game remarks.
"There's a tie (point) like where you played in spurts, and spurts don't win in this league," Cameron said.
