TORONTO - Tom Pyatt was the unlikely hero Saturday night in the latest chapter of the Battle of Ontario.
The Senators came to the Air Canada Centre trying to exact a little revenge on their provincial rivals and they accomplished their mission.
The Senators closed out this three-game trip with a perfect record as Pyatt scored the winner in the fourth round of the shootout to complete a dramatic comeback as Ottawa scored a 3-2 victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs at the Air Canada Centre.
While Mike Hoffman tied it up late and Bobby Ryan also scored on Frederik Anderson in regulation, only Matt Martin and Tyler Bozak were able to beat Sens goaltender Mike Condon, who had a busy night with 31 stops.
