One Mike is in and one Mike is out for the Ottawa Senators on Thursday night against the Nashville Predators.
Goaltender Mike Condon will make his third start in goal for the Senators, giving the red-hot Craig Anderson a break. Condon has been spectacular himself, delivering 1-0 and 2-1 wins in his first two starts, stopping 57 of 59 shots.
Left winger Mike Hoffman, meanwhile, will be out of the lineup with what coach Guy Boucher described as a “day to day” injury that he suffered in Tuesday’s 3-2 shootout win in Philadelphia.
Max McCormick was recalled from Binghamton of the American Hockey League to take Hoffman’s roster spot.
