The regular season has ended in most junior leagues, with the playoffs starting in the next few days. While some will be sitting in the sidelines with their seasons now at a close, others have their eyes on the championship.
The Belleville Senators fall undoubtedly in the first category, as they’ve been out of playoff contention for months. With still a few more weeks to go, they split their last two games, losing 3-1 to the Toronto Marlies and defeating the Utica Comets 4-3.
