For those of you that may have forgotten, Patrick Sieloff was the player who gave MacArthur his most recent concussion just one year ago at the Ottawa Senators training camp. During a scrimmage, MacArthur was moving up the boards on a fairly routine play. However, what happened next was far from routine. Sieloff hit him with a high hit that caused him to leave the ice with assistance. MacArthur who was expected to return after missing the majority of the previous season was once again out indefinitely. At the time Bobby Ryan stepped up to fight Sieloff right there and then.
