DALLAS -- Ottawa Senators centre Kyle Turris will miss Wednesday's game against the Dallas Stars and will likely miss Thursday's contest against the Arizona Coyotes.
Turris has been playing through a broken finger for the past few games, but the team has decided it's time to shut him down to heal.
Following Wednesday's morning skate, Senators coach Guy Boucher says he has to decide who would take Turris's spot in the lineup.
It's possible that the Senators could dress seven defencemen, meaning Fredrik Claesson would draw back in.
The other option is to dress Chris DiDomenico.
