BOSTON — After their inexplicable collapse Saturday, few players wanted to touch the elephant in the sombre Boston Bruins dressing room.
But the look on the face of Bruins president Cam Neely when he stormed out of said room pretty much told the story: It’s hard to see any way Claude Julien stays around as head coach.
“It’s not my decision, to be honest with you,” centre Patrice Bergeron said. “I’ve said a million times that Claude has been the best coach I’ve ever had and it’s definitely not on him. It should be on us as his system is there, the game plan is there and it’s about us executing.
