It was day off on the schedule, but there was no shortage of hard work for the Ottawa Senators during a 60-minute skate at the Canadian Tire Centre Monday.
And nobody is happy.
Senators coach Dave Cameron raised his voice more than once as the club did plenty of battle drills and skating in anticipation of their game against the Calgary Flames Wednesday at the CTC.
Defenceman Mark Borowiecki said the solution to turning this around is simple.
"It's no mystery why we're losing," Borowiecki said. "It's not this thing that we can't figure out and we're all puzzled by it, it's hard work and compete.
