Montreal Canadiens winger Brandon Prust isn't apologizing for his pitchfork of goalie Craig Anderson in Game 5 of their series against the Ottawa Senators.
"He started it," said Prust, who got roughing and cross-checking penalties after jabbing and getting into a stick battle with Anderson late in Montreal's 5-1 loss Friday night at the Bell Centre. "He poked me in the ribs. It's a 4-1 game with two minutes left. I'm going to spear you back if you're going to spear me. If it's a 2-1 game, I'm going to let him get away with it."
After the game, Senators coach Dave Cameron lit into Prust, saying his actions were "cheap, extremely cheap.
