With their losing streak now at five games, the Ottawa Senators (11-16-1) will look to salvage the western swing of their road trip with at least one win, when they take on the Edmonton Oilers (17-9-3) tonight at Rogers Place.
DJ Smith has yet to name a starter for tonight’s contest. Anders Nilsson started in Vancouver last night, but was given the hook after allowing four goals in the first, and Marcus Hogberg played the remaining two thirds of the game. Whether Smith opts for the hot hand, or the rested hand, is anyone’s guess.
