The Senators were a little bleary-eyed when they sat down to watch the Grey Cup Sunday night at their Ottawa homes.
After wrapping up a three-game road trip with a 4-3 loss to the Arizona Coyotes Saturday in the desert, the Senators jumped aboard their Air Canada charter and arrived at the MacDonald-Cartier Airport just before dawn.
They didn't like the way it ended for the RedBlacks -- a 26-20 loss to the Edmonton Eskimos at Investors Group Field in Winnipeg -- but the Senators were proud of Ottawa's CFL team for making it to the final in its second year.
