The 19 year-old Buffalo shuttle bus driver who, last summer, accused former Senators’ Assistant General Manager Randy Lee of sexual harassment, has filed a lawsuit against Lee and the Ottawa Senators.
It was last May that the unnamed driver said that Lee “inappropriately touched himself while making lewd comments and rubbing his shoulders”. The former AGM pleaded guilty to the charge in December of 2018, was sentenced to time already served (a one-night stay in jail), and ordered to pay a $120 court surcharge, while no fine was imposed.
Randy Lee resigned from his post last August, but the lawsuit filed against the Senators alleges that they were aware of Lee’s history of inappropriate conduct, and didn’t do their due diligence in curtailing it.
