Another game, another peg goes to the loss column as the Binghamton Senators are shutout by a score of 4-0 to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers on Saturday at Webster Bank Arena. Sens starter Matt O’Connor continues to face his demons as he just can’t string enough good performances along as he is just 2-7-1 on the season.
Although the shorthanded defense might have played a role to his recent struggles, this team has some problems.
What are they? Besides not being able to score goals, the power play has been lousy, there is no chemistry and if there is, it’s not apparent on the ice as it looks like the club is just going through the motions.
