As the Binghamton Senators take the ice for their season opener against the Syracuse Crunch on Oct 10, there will be two untested goaltenders available for the home ice battle.
Ideally you want your team to begin the season with a prospect goalie and a veteran to lend a ear providing some guidance along the way. Kinda along the lines of what Barry Brust did for Robin Lehner during the Calder Cup run of 2011 for the B-Sens. But this coming season in Binghamton, there is no such thing as two rookies will be at it heading into the 2015-'16 campaign with a combined ten games of experience at the pro level, all at the expense of Chris Driedger.
