The Belleville Senators held their jersey launch event this morning at the Bay of Quinte Mall, where fans got a first look at jerseys, met players, and had special visits from many members of the staff.
After the logo was revealed last month to resemble the Heritage O from the parent club, the expectation was for the jerseys to be similar to Ottawa’s Heritage Classic third jerseys. That’s exactly what we got, as the black and white jerseys will be the official uniforms for the Belleville Senators.
Chief operating officer Rob Mullowney stated the jerseys are “inspired by the city of Belleville, inspired by the Bay of Quinte, and inspired by [their] partnership with the Ottawa Senators.
