Derrick Rose looked returned to his MVP form in the Chicago Bulls’ 113-106 double overtime win over the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday night, and everyone including his coach recognized the change in the point guard’s game.
“He was at this level before the all star break, but this is the first time he’s been in attack mode,” Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau said after the game via ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne.
It was impossible not to notice the difference in Rose’s game if you were watching Thursday. He scored 34 points on 12 of 23 shooting, adding eight assists and three steals.
