Royce White is attempting an NBA comeback, and the first step in that journey is joining a summer league team.
According to a report from Real GM, White is close to joining the Clippers’ summer league team.
White was the No. 16 overall pick in the 2012 draft but only played in three career games with the Sacramento Kings. He was selected by the Houston Rockets but had multiple issues with them as he struggled through his anxiety disorder and clashed with the team.
White has not had any ties to an NBA team since being let go by the Kings last year.
