Panthers WR Stephen Hill cited for marijuana paraphernalia

This is not the way Stephen Hill wanted to begin training camp.

The week the Carolina Panthers were set to report to training camp, Hill, a former second-round pick of the Jets, was cited for possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Hill was pulled over for a seat belt violation and was found to be in possession of two grinders with marijuana residue, as well as a marijuana bowl, the Charlotte Observer reports. Guess we know he’s more of a pipe than joint guy.

Hill joined the Panthers last September as a practice squad player and is trying to make their roster as one of their receivers.
