Maryland reaches Big Ten title game with 4-2 win vs Indiana (The Associated Press)

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Maryland scored four times in an error-prone seventh inning and beat Indiana 4-2 Saturday to advance to the Big Ten Tournament championship game.

The Terrapins (39-20) will face either Illinois or Michigan in Sunday's title game.

Nick Cieri struck out swinging to lead off the seventh, but reached first base on a wild pitch before Kengo Kawahara walked. Kevin Biondic had a sacrifice bunt, but catcher Brad Hartong's throw to first was off the mark, allowing pinch-runner Zach Jancarski - who replaced Cieri - to score from second.

Another Indiana error loaded the bases before Kevin Smith's fielder's choice added a run.
