Lubomir Visnovsky is out indefinitely with an upper-body injury.
Although it hasn't been confirmed, the fear is that Visnovsky has a concussion after absorbing a big hit from Washington's Tom Wilson. Given Visnovsky's concussion history, that would potentially be a very serious setback for the 38=year-old defenseman. It might even unfortunately mark the end of his playing career given his age, but it's way too early to know if that will be the case. It's still possible that Visnovsky will be back before the end of the Islanders' playoff run. Apr 23 - 10:24 AM
