James Sheppard will once again be a healthy scratch for Game 3 against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Head Coach Alain Vigneault was considering inserting Sheppard in place of Tanner Glass but will instead keep the same lineup from Games 1 and 2. After being acquired by the Sharks earlier in the year at the NHL trade deadline, Sheppard has had a hard time cracking the Rangers lineup on a regular basis, playing in only 14 games while scoring just two goals. Chris Summers will also remain a scratch for the Rangers Monday night. Apr 20 - 7:03 PM
