Karri Ramo will start in goal for the Calgary Flames in Game 2 of their Western Conference Second Round series against the Anaheim Ducks on Sunday (10 p.m. ET; CNBC, SN, TVA Sports), Flames coach Bob Hartley said Friday.
Ramo replaced Jonas Hiller in the second period of Game 1 on Thursday and allowed three goals on 21 shots in what ended as a 6-1 Flames loss. Hiller had allowed three goals on 14 shots.
It was the second straight game in which Ramo replaced Hiller. In Game 6 of the first round against the Vancouver Canucks, Hiller was removed after allowing two goals on three shots 7:32 into the game.
