Danny Shelton gave Roger Goodell bear hug after being drafted (Video)

After speculation leading up to the draft the Browns may move up to select Marcus Mariota, they decided on Danny Shelton with the 12th overall pick. Shortly after the announcement was made, the defensive tackle from Washington provided one of the memorable moments of the evening.

Shelton walked on stage to greet commissioner Roger Goodell and proceeded to lift him off of the ground with a bear hug.

While Shelton’s embrace with Goodell was one of the talking points the draft, so was his outfit. He wore a lava lava and ula fala necklace, often worn for formal occasions in Samoan culture.
