WINNIPEG - Dustin Byfuglien did his best Marshawn Lynch impression when talking to reporters the morning after the Winnipeg Jets fell behind 3-0 in the first-round series.
Byfuglien answered several consecutive questions with the phrase, "If we stick together as a team we'll be all right."
The all-star defenceman did not address his play in the series against the Anaheim Ducks or his hit from behind on Corey Perry in Game 3.
Coach Paul Maurice said Byfuglien was a competitive person and praised him for taking his stance instead of unloading about how he really felt.
