Upon arriving to stadium for Friday’s game against the Daytona Tortugas, Charlotte Stone Crabs pitcher Kyle McKenzie found a visitor waiting for him.
As seen above, a rather large alligator had made its way into the dugout and made itself comfortable under the bench. Perhaps it missed the Stone Crabs, as they were in Daytona for games Wednesday and Thursday, and wanted to be there to welcome them home? McKenzie has his own theory about how it ended up there.
