Drafted a short three years ago as the number two pick in the 2012 NBA Draft, Victor Oladipo had lofty expectations to lift the Orlando Magic back to relevancy after they traded away franchise superstar Dwight Howard.

Oladipo was not a failed draft pick. He simply was given too much too early in his young career and it stunted his game. Victor Oladipo was the leader the Magic wanted off the court, but they could no longer wait for him to develop on the court.

Victor Oladipo was considered by most as a building block of the future for the rebuilding Orlando Magic.
