Orlando Magic forward Jeff Green tells Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel the Magic are shutting him down for the final four games of the season. Coach Frank Vogel added there is no official declaration Green is done for the year. He is still officially listed as day to day.
The writing has been on the wall for some time, though.
Green has not played since March 20, missing the last seven games with back spasms. In that time, the Magic have experimented some with Mario Hezonja playing at power forward with some limited success.
